Phase was a Spanish company founded by Pedro Martín and Luis Pérez de la Oliva in 1964. based in Madrid (Spain) specialized in the manufacture of luminaires and office supplies with a modern and good quality design. Very soon their products begin to stand out in Spain and internationally. His noble, wood and chrome materials and the futuristic appearance of their creations delighted in European countries. They exported lamps to half Europe, Asia and the USA.
The president lamp is known for its appearance in the ¨Mad Men¨ series. This president is first generation that means that union with wood only has one screw. They were made with quite hard and heavy noble woods, with beautiful dark veins practically black.
The company disappears at the end of the 80s. Currently phase lamps are an object of worship and have become a Spanish design classic. This piece has an attribution mark,
