Curved into a beautiful 'S' shape, signature appears to be Curtis Jere and our searching provides evidence that it is a Jere (same base and brushed ribbon aluminum as other Jere sculptures).
The sculpture sits atop a black marble base (metal portion bottom pin sits in center hole of base) - welded to a disc at the bottom.

Ribbon is welded in the center (at the thickest part, see pics).

Overall height is 47", thickest area of ribbon is 2" tapering to 0.5" at top and bottom.
Base measures 5.75" diameter, 3" tall less
