These solid mahogany bedframes were crafted by R-Way, a prominent Wisconsin furniture manufacturer of this era. They feature pagoda-style headboards paired with classical Greek accents. Love the bold, dramatic lines -- and in the spirit of famed designer James Mont, they perfectly blend Hollywood Regency, Art Deco, and Mid-century Modern with classical and Asian influences. These bedframes are in excellent vintage condition with age-appropriate wear and signs of use. Note the more visible scratches/wear at the bottom of one headboard, which likely resulted from mattress rubbing. These imperfections are on the bottom of the headboard (see photos) and should be masked by mattress/bedding. Otherwise, the finish is in very nice shape with only minor wear consistent with use. One bed is missing a wood support slat, which is easily remedied with a quick visit to the local hardware store.
