These art prints with gilded wooden frames have been extremely popular since the 1920s and were often used as bedroom pictures.
The print is protected by a pane of glass.
The design was probably created by the artist Giovanni Bellini (*around 1437 in Venice; † November 29, 1516).
He came from a Venetian family of painters and a large part of Bellini's work is characterized by devotional images such as the Madonna and Child.
