The velvet is ultra-soft and "aged" to give it a unique abstract look. We finished the pillow with the piping from the same fabric and a new plump generous feather/ down insert. The fabric is handpicked by our creative director and the pillow is custom tailored in New York. We have added fabric stabilizer on the insides and stitched all the raw edges of the fabric, so you never have to worry about your pillow losing its shape or the fabric to fray.
