Mr. Morris is known as a pioneer in the pottery world especially for the glazes he developed.
He worked with his potter wife, Helen in Ajijic on Lake Chapala in Mexico beginning in the 40's. At some point in the late 1950's they then called Mill Valley California their home where they worked to the 1980's.
His work can be found at The Smithsonian Institution.
It is marked "PAZ". less
