A night full of snow has just passed but the morning promises to be clear.
The snow is abundant on the trees and on the ground, illuminated by the first glimpses of the sun.

In this work Paul Schuler conveys the winter atmosphere very well in a clever play of shadows and lights.

Paul Schuler was a German painter, who studied in Dresden. He operated in the first half of the last century and is known for his mountain views. See less
