Charles and Ray Eames paw walnut dowel leg fiberglass swivel armchair for Zenith Plastics / Herman Miller Inc. A 1st generation/production rope edge fiberglass armchair example.
Fresh from original owner's estate. Very good vintage condition. Slight age staining to the fiberglass, normal with lighter translucent colors. Retains most of the checkerboard label. The base is excellent, walnut is brilliant. Overall, a very early example, unmolested, as assembled from the Eames Washington Blvd Venice California factor.
