Offering a gorgeous vintage Mid-20th Century "Famille Noir" heavy black glazed lamp with a colorful pair of parrots on the front. There are butterflies, flying insects, pomegranates, pink and lavender peonies hand painted on this lovely lamp. Please see photos as part of the description and you will see that the entire lamp is surrounded with colorful Chinese Motifs. The black "Noir" glaze is extremely heavily applied and retains its thick beautiful high gloss finish. The original Chinese base is reddish-brown composite.
EXCELLENT RESTORED CONDITION. The brass hardware needed to be replaced so ALL of the brass hardware is new. A New socket and a New clear electrical cord have been added for safety. Brass harp and finial are included.
A great colorful lamp that is just filled with trendy motifs and will fit nicely in a Boho Chic style decor, Coastal decor, or Tropical decor. Perfect for an end table, foyer table or nightstand.
