Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this stunning George Smith cigar brown Somerville occasional Library armchair with Chesterfield tufted back. A true masterpiece of an armchair, this chair looks sublime in any setting and has very agreeable dimensions for those of us looking for a comfortable chair that doesn’t take up a lot of space. This one has been deep cleaned, hand condition waxed and hand polished, it has a wonderful antique gentleman's library look and feel Dimensions Height:- 86cm Width:- 83cm Depth:- 82cm Seat height:- 45cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask. Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade. - Trade member to notify Chairish of intent to return within 14 days of item delivery
- Buyer refunded item cost. Buyer pays return shipping cost

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).
- On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping.
Cancellations
