Exquisite Victorian circa 1880 Lamb's of Manchester Burr Walnut tilt top dining or occasional table with hand carved lions hairy paw feet and original castors. A very good looking well made and decorative piece, it sits beautifully in any setting and is very unitarian. This piece just screams fine English town house furniture and being after a design made by the great and world famous house of Lambs of Manchester you know its as good as can be. This is the first of this size I have seen with the tilt top, they were usually a lot smaller, this can be used as an occasional table or as intended, a dining table Condition wise we have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, it is in very good order throughout, there will be some light age and use related patina marks here and there which only add to the look and feel of the piece Dimensions Height:- 73.5cm Width:- 136.5cm Depth:- 132cm Knee height:- 66.5cm Tilted - Height:- 161.5cm Width:- 136.5cm Depth:- 83cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask Any questions please feel free to ask before you bid Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution less
