Luc-Albert Moreau (1882-1948) is a French painter, engraver, lithographer, and illustrator, close in his early days to the group known as the Black Band, then to the Golden Section. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
