A chair by the designer couple: Adrien Audoux & Frida Minet. The chair is made of bamboo and braided hemp rope. 50s, France.
Audoux-Minet was a manufacturer of exclusive garden, terrace and living room furniture in rattan, bamboo and raffia rope.
In the 1940s and 1950s, the designer couple Adrien Audoux and Frida Minet created original and modern furniture in natural materials for the rich clientele of the Riviera (Côte d'Azur). Originally installed in Cannes, but moved in 1929 to Golf-Juan (Maritime Alps) in 1942.
