It has undergone a careful renovation process and is in excellent technical and visual condition. The ebonized wood surface is finished with hand-applied high-gloss black polish, which, in addition to providing an excellent visual effect, protects and nourishes the wood. Each chest of drawers has three lockable drawers. All brass elements were recreated like the original, using the traditional brass casting method. The chest has beautiful details in traditional ink on wood, depicting a Greek vase and an acanthus leaf floral motif, which has also been carefully recreated by a specialist artist.
