They have cork adhered on the inner side panels and felt on the bottom to prevent scratches on surfaces.

They each measure 6" in height, 5" in width, and 0.75" in depth / thickness.

Founded by Jacob S. Sherman in the 1930s, The Park Sherman Company operated in Springfield, Illinois until 1960 when it was sold to a New Jersey company. The company originally sold miner's supplies (miner's cap lamps, match cases, etc.) and later specialized in making objects such as coin banks and smoking paraphernalia (lighters, cigarette boxes and cases, etc.), as well as desk-top accessories and bookends. less
