The figure is attached to a bottom plate. The top of the ring is etched with flowers and leaves and the middle panel is hand engraved with the name Mary. It measures 3" high, 2.25" deep and 1.5" wide. It is designed to hold a dinner size napkin, the opening in the ring is 1.75". It is stamped Meriden Company on the bottom. See less
