This antique Chinese Wash Stand is circa early of 19th century. The fine carvings on this Wash Stand exemplifies the refined skills of the most talented craftsmen of Ming Qing dynasty. Traditional Chinese auspicious design decorate the center panels of the stand. The stand legs are crafted with "lotus" on tips of each leg. The wash stand is handcrafted and structured with wooden pegs and tenon structure—the very traditional craftsmanship for furniture making in ancient China. Circa early of 19th century. Original patina and wear. Made from Elm wood, the wash stand is in excellent condition.
