Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is a beautiful painting executed on cloth. Often times, before Peter could afford canvas, he painted on cloth he had. This piece is from his “Junge Wilde” collection he created in Berlin in the early 80’s through the 90’s. It is signed “P. Keil” in the lower left corner and was purchased directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter. The art is in great condition with typical signs of age and wear. Please note the frame does not come with the art, it was used only for photo purposes. See less
