Offering a unique vintage Majolica style hand painted ceramic basket of strawberries and white porcelain flowers. Signed on Bottom: Made in Italy. This ceramic basket table sculpture is a larger size Majolica style piece than most, so please see size and weight below.
The hand painted strawberries are larger than regular strawberries and they are hand painted in red and green glazes with four small white porcelain flowers. The basket portion is also ceramic and is hand painted in beige and has woven strips resembling a real basket. Please keep in mind this piece is made entirely of painted ceramic pottery.

A fantastic vintage Trompe l'oeil table sculpture that looks almost real. A hard to find LARGE accessory item that will look great in the Dining room or Kitchen area. Italian Mid-20th Century craftsmanship at its best!
