Gorgeous Neoclassic design with hand carved Lions paw feet, column side details on the side, and wonderful petite edge banding. Circa 1850-1880. Recently completely restored with French Polishing finishing by Kipper of Los Angeles to achieve a high gloss finish which reveals the wood grain depth - time consuming process and the real deal! Amazing European pine interior construction and gorgeous flamed European Walnut veneer on the exterior, this pair of library tables are one of a kind and likely came from a grand estate in France (each marked on the bottom with inventory numbers in paint - from original estate). less
