You will never find anything like this lamp. Trust us, we've looked. It's like it was designed specifically for the Winter Queen.
This showstopping lamp is so unique and versatile, it is impossible to assign it to just one design category. Is it Hollywood Regency, Mid-Century, Neuveau, Radical, or possibly even Gauche? Honestly, it doesn't matter because it is simply unique. Able to be used as a focal piece of your space, or by simply blending in as a background gem, we dare you to pass this one up.
The hand blown base is uniquely created by blending two types of glass into one form. Inside, the base is a milky translucent iridescent shade of white, combined with the textured layer of clear glass. Again, finding the right words to describe this layer is impossible, but we've settled on Whippled Cobblestone. The juxtaposition of these two layers gives off an enchanting effect that changes constantly. Like a setting sun, or a fishtank, you'll probably find yourself just staring at tranquilly.
There are three lighting settings utilizing the traditional upper bulb and another within the hand blown glass base, allowing you to set the mood you need in your space. You can use these two lights at the same time or independent of one another. Best of all, due to the "blank canvas" of the base, you can use whatever color bulb you fancy. Red or purple are our favorites.
The elegant details in the brass work of the base, vase cap and neck piece are the perfectly designed to be complementary, classic, and refined, allowing the base to quite literally shine.
This vintage lamp comes with all its original parts, and was carefully inspected and verify there was no significant damage, finishing with a gentle wash with a microfiber cloth and warm water. Zero flaws were found in this beautiful lamp.
*Lamp does not come with the shade, which was used for demonstration purposes only. less
