- This early 19th century hand-colored double fold-out botanical engraving is entitled "Sempervivum Glutinosum" (Clammy Houseleek), plate 1963, published in London … more This early 19th century hand-colored double fold-out botanical engraving is entitled "Sempervivum Glutinosum" (Clammy Houseleek), plate 1963, published in London in 1818 in William Curtis’s 'The Botanical Magazine, or Flower-Garden Displayed'. This beautiful colorful and detailed botanical engraving has two horizontal folds, as issued. There are small holes at the lower edge of the sheet related to its journal binding. It is otherwise in excellent condition. The original English descriptive pages from the publication are included less
