It may be entitled "A Fisher Wife", but this can not be confirmed. The artist has managed to create an air of mystery about this woman. The viewer can't help but wonder what she is thinking and what is going on to her right that has drawn her attention. Although created in the late 19th or early 20th century, the style resembles that of a 17th or 18th century old master artist. George Rhead was an English painter, etcher and designer of stained glass and ceramics.

The print is printed on thick cream-colored paper and presented in an antiqued gold-colored wood frame with a ribbed detail and a tan faux grain mat. The frame measures 19.07" x 15.5" x .63". The print is in excellent condition. less
