The lamp is in great vintage condition considering its age. The veining that runs through the center of the lamp's body is quite appealing. There are some slight signs of wear due to age and use. The botanical shade is also in good condition for its age. There are some small spots and glue marks on the interior of the shade, but they cannot be seen from the outside. The clip-on harp has come unattached from the top of the shade at one end, but it does not necessarily require repair as the shade still fits and works brilliantly. I leave that decision up to the buyer. Please take a close look at all the pictures, as they are an essential part of the description.

This is a 1940s carved alabaster lamp that features a beautiful antique white stone body with a central vein of gray/taupe running horizontally through it. The petite lamp has a lovely Neoclassical urn shape and can serve as a perfect small, neutral accent lamp that can complement many different décors. The felted base has a sticker that reads "Made in Spain". The lamp measures approximately 3.5" in width, 3.5" in depth, and 9.5" in height to the base of a bulb. Please note that the bulb is not included. The lamp has an inline cord on/off switch and is in working condition.
The lamp is topped with a rare vintage botanical clip-on shade that is just as special as the lamp itself. The hexagon shape features different botanical prints including hydrangeas, roses, and other florals on each of the 6 laminated fabric panels and is trimmed in gold. One floral design is repeated on 2 of the panels, please see all the photos, I've captured each design. The shade fits the lamp perfectly and measures 6"h x 5.25"w at the top and 8.25"w at the bottom. less
