Features a padded headboard and footboard with a scrolled top rail and woven rattan veneer flanked by two split-bamboo-decorated leather-wrapped bed posts capped with nickel-plated ostrich egg-shaped finials. Approximately 20 years old. The Hemingway Collection is known to be the most successful furniture launch in history. Includes assembly hardware and dowels. Brand-new metal slats are also included. Excellent vintage condition with normal wear consistent with age and use. A few of the connection points on the ends of the side rails have been repaired. They are very solid and the repairs are not visible when the bed is assembled.
