Description: I'm selling a retro, vintage plastic or smoky translucent Lucite x-base floor stand with an up-light top and sitting on … more I'm selling a retro, vintage plastic or smoky translucent Lucite x-base floor stand with an up-light top and sitting on top is a frosted Lucite organic wave, book (or possibly female genitalia, depending on your perspective and imagination!) abstract sculpture.
It's signed "Kagan" as shown and dated for 1975.
What an unusual conversation starter and a must-have for any Mid Century Modern interior!

Condition: very good as shown, one bulb is not working in the base but easy to fix. Sculpture could use a good cleaning; it's estate fresh and a bit dusty.
Dimensions: stand alone is about 36 1/2" tall by 19" squared and the loose sculpture is about 14 1/2" wide by deep by tall (a box shape).

Note: another Kagan signed sculpture similar to this one (much smaller and without lit pedestal base) is being offered for sale right here on Chairish for almost 3500 dollars!
