Horst Brüning, born in Hamburg in 1934, studied architecture and industrial design at the University of Fine Arts in Hamburg until 1956.
After staying in Copenhagen (Arne Jacobsen internship) and Stockholm, he opened a design and architecture firm in Stuttgart in 1963.
In the mid -1960s, the design work for Kill International in Fellbach near Stuttgart for furniture.
with his uncompromising attitude towards material and detail, Horst Brüning created his extraordinary furniture programs.
