I'm extremely pleased to offer for sale this gorgeous and rare 9 piece collection of gently used Thai Celadon jade green earthenware featuring a lotus flower motif. Each and every piece is in outstanding condition, with no significant or noteworthy imperfections. Included in this set is eight 8" plates and one 14" platter.
*Celadonis classified as Celadon ware or earthenware with unique characteristics of clear jade color, with small cracks. It is made of black clay, molded and burnt in high temperature, resulting in bright green glazed surface with craze that is different from other earthenware. These are special features of Celadon.
