Wonderful, abstract impressionistic oil painting by Vietnamese artist KIHOA depicting a colorful cityscape. Signed and labeled on the back as well. He graduated from Vietnam National High Art School in 1951 and established the Vietnamese Guild of Artists in 1956. My grandparents picked this up on their travels when both were with the US Navy.
Original frame is charming but is in somewhat so-so condition and could be restored. The frame is definitely part of it's charm. less
