Important large Boulle table alarm clock, Napoleon III style, made in Italy mid-20th c. period.
Boulle wood case, gold-plated brass dial with hours in Roman numerals, in enameled metal, metal hands, brass appliqués are finely chiseled by hand, gold-plated brass mounts, crest and feet.
weekly movement with rectangular spring balance, German quarter-hour striking mechanism, front opening glass, rear wooden opening for access to mechanism,
working clock in excellent condition.
