Beautiful urn shaped with two birds, possibly eagles as its handles with a ring in its mouth. Hand painted with a Yorkshire , England scene. Superb details. Circa 1910. Has had a few minor repairs in its long history. One ring on bird is only partially left and the other bird seems to have a repair. Finial on lid has been glued back. One minor flake off the corner of base. Lid has an immature attempt at re- applying the gold gilt that lines the edge of the lid. Beautiful pearl beaded porcelain on lid as well as the body of this impressive piece. less
