Designed by Jens Quistgaard for Dansk, it consists of a folding frame to hold two removable trays, one of which has a spinning base/is a lazy Susan.

If you're seeking perfection, look elsewhere because this gal has done some partying-- see final pictures for closeups of the dings. It looks like taking the trays on and off is what caused them. The prior owner used some wood filler on part of it; again, see pictures. It is completely functional, it just has more mileage than other ones listed here, and is priced accordingly.
