Both are set in solid wood frames with partial … more A pair of hand colored ornithological lithographs depicting hummingbirds at work. Both are set in solid wood frames with partial gilt details and glass fronts. The origin of these prints are unknown. Both are numbered at the bottom. The age is estimated to be late 19th century. The frames are approximately 14" x 12".

Both prints have age related toning, with one darker than the other. The frames show wear with loss of gold to the medallions and interior band. The frames are structurally sound and the glass fronts are in good condition. The lighter of the two prints has a crease on the left side. Please examine all photos. less
