This is an antique guide book 'Things Seen in Venice' by Lonsdale and Laura M. Ragg. In English, cotton bound with photographic illustrations, published in 1923.
From a series of early 20th century volumes, the 'Things Seen In' series was published by Seeley, Service & Company, Limited. Comprising destinations such as China, Sweden and Spain, these cheerful guides give an insight to popular destinations by a host of contemporary travel writers.
Presented in good antique condition, intact with minimal marks
Published across 158 pages in English, with sections covering the popular landmarks
Bound in blue and green cotton with gilt tooled scene of the Ponte de Rialto to the cover
Graced with charming lithograph illustrations throughout of Venetian scenes
Further interest in photographic plates showing a variety of locations and local interest
This is a wonderful antique guide book. 'Things Seen in Venice' presents photographic and illustrated scenes from Venice a hundred years ago with accompanying text for the traveller. Not exhaustive, but utterly fascinating to add colour to modern titles. Delivered ready to enjoy.

- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final

- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
