Beautiful industrial factory workshop chair by bemefa with great patina. Made in germany in the 1950s, to the design of robert wagner, rowac. Great design for comfort, due to the seating position, sprung seat, and sprung back. The spring of the seat acts as a shock absorber. The backrest can be moved forward and backward and up and down in any direction. With signs of use, these chairs are in good vintage condition. Only repairs to the veneer are visible. The chair is marked, the mark is still visible. The chair is adjustable in height from 47-59cm high rowac (robert wagner chemnitz) was founded in 1888 by robert wagner, a hardware factory in chemnitz, saxony, that produced furniture for industrial use. After world war ii, the rowac company was transformed into the veb bemefa (factory equipment and metal goods factory).seat height from 47 to 59 cm. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
