It does get any more authentic or elegant as this French Louis XVI style settee. This piece features its original grey painted frame with fluted legs, acanthus leaves, and a discreet bow at the top. This settee dates to circa 1920’s, however it was reupholstered more recently in a soft lilac pure silk fabric. There is one very small spot on the seat, while the rest is in very good, clean condition.
This could be spot cleaned, or the buyer may want to re-do the upholstery. less
