This vintage Italian Capodimonte maiolica ware rope style lidded centerpiece flower basket was made in Naples Italy and it was made sometime around the 1950's. This rope style woven lidded basket was hand crafted with lovely daisy flowers in birght yellow, blue, and red color done with great detail by a skilled ceramist. This Italian Capodimonted lidded centerpiece measures 6 1/2" wide by 7" tall and it is in "Fair Condition" with some small chips to the flowers, no repairs, no crazing to the glaze, and small cracks to the rope style weaving only for the age of the centerpiece.
