Eight- way Hand-Tied coils have been restrung in the seat and the chair back. The original coir has been washed, and replaced in the seat front-edge and chair back. Fresh, real, cotton batting, is topped with Dacron for a smooth finish.

Upholstery fabric is a dazzling, creamy fabric with gold shimmers. When the light hits it is looks more shimmery than most of the photos are able to capture.

Comfort was a top priority when reupholstering this antique chair.
