Strongly inspired by the stringent outline of the scaf folding around buildings in the Chinese cities. The lines of the outer frame are horizontal and vertical, complementing the soft upholster y. While the sleek backrest and seat are designed to follow the human body, which provides a comfor table seating experience and contributes with sof tness to the ambience. Founded in Hangzhou in the summer of 2014, Mario Tsai Studio is a research-based practice that prices itself on innovative thinking to produce sustainable design.
