This workshop lamp was produced between 1934-1949 by Körting & Mathiesen in Leipzig. The German lamp manufacturer Kandem was founded in Leipzig in 1889. This lamp is beautifully designed with the right proportions. We have cleaned this lamp, with a layer of clear varnish. We then mounted this lamp on a heavy iron base and equipped with newly grounded fabric cord and plug. A particularly beautiful Bauhaus classic that fits into any interior!
