The Magnifying Glass has a Slight Aqua Color Under Certain Angles and Lighting Conditions but in fact is Perfectly Clear as Used. The Magnifying Glass Bezel is Made Out of Nickel Plated Brass. It is in Very Nice Cosmetic and Usable Condition - Displays Beautifully. No Damage. It is Lightly Tarnished. The Magnifying Lens Has Very Good Optics.
