Westmorland silver emerged from Wallace Silversmith in 1940. Westmorland was intended to help aluminum workers continue to work should the United States enter the war in Europe. The Enchanting Orchid pattern was originally known as Wallace’s Hampton pattern from 1901-1940. The two patterns blend seamlessly.
