These are in shades of bright … more This is a whimsical set of eight Italian and mediteranian hand painted Faience plates. These are in shades of bright lemon yellow, blue and green. There are four lemon plates produced in Italy exclusively for mid century designer Ed Langbein, which are 9.25 inches. The top plate is a plate made by Ugo Zaccagnini, which is 9 inches in diameter. The center plate is a charming large Italian Deruta pottery plate decorated with people pruning a tree and is about 12 inches. The last two smaller pieces are "Lario Ceramica" from the Murcia region of Spain. This is a fun and beautiful collection of plates that can be used functionally or decoratively. They are all in great vintage condition. less
