this heritage design, rediscovered by amitābha studio, was first documented in the 1904 parisian advertisements for faiencerie de delft (hollande). This very design, which captivated parisian audiences and was celebrated in further creations in 1914 and 1925, is now revived in this exclusive collaboration.

after it leaves the kiln at royal delft, the lamp travels to amsterdam-based amitābha studio, where the hand-painted base is lovingly transformed into a functional work of art. This partnership culminates in a statement piece that delights the senses with its bespoke, hand-made saffron dupion silk lampshade, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The considered placement of brass accents and the harmonious saffron yellow cord are reflections of the lamp’s overall artistry and meticulous attention to detail, guaranteeing that each lamp not only illuminates but also enhances the elegance of its surroundings.
