Impressive floor lamp from the italian manufacturer artemide based on a design by anna fasolis and enzo mari from the 1960s.
a classic design with technical design language in the details. The special feature is the changing proportions of this simple floor lamp. The diffuser is an opal glass sphere that sits on a metal base. The upper end of the shaft echoes the curve of the sphere and forms a flowing transition from metal to glass. The sphere is fixed inside with a clip. A special detail can be found in the design of the shaft. This has a telescopic design that allows the height of the light to be adjusted continuously. The lower end of the shaft is shaped like a trumpet and forms the base.
