Glorious depiction of Saint George, the Victorious, killing the dragon (personification of evil)
It is a small icon, intended to be a traveling relic carried for protection
The icon is older, late 18th/early 19th century, mounted on a later 19th century golden tone velvet covered standing frame for display
Measurements: Approx. 7.25" x 5.75" x 0.5" overall; 4.5" x 3" the brass icon only
