These early 1900s stoneware English marmalade jars are a fabulous assortment of gray/greige handmade pottery. Many have been dug from landfills, others serving useful lives in one form or another. Slight variations in color, pattern and size. Some include the maker's stamp such as Wm. P. Hartley "Liverpool" and "London" on the bottom. A piece of history that fits with any monochromatic space.
