A beautiful English porcelain plate with nautical 'Cutty Sark' tea trade and clipper ship design, circa mid 20th century, England, Europe. A maritime scene with a depiction of a nautical sailing ship at sea, with detailed water and sky, intense blue colored ocean waves, finished with a gorgeous rope design near the rim, and edged in gold. Beautiful as a standalone piece, wall art, or as a jewelry dish (as demonstrated). Piece can also be used for organizing desk items in an office. Colors include: blue, brown, black, gold, and white. With makers mark on bottom "COALPORT" and "MADE IN ENGLAND". Piece would make a nice gift.
