This is a earlier production pair of mid century Florence Knoll parallel bar side chairs in original mixed blues and … more This is a earlier production pair of mid century Florence Knoll parallel bar side chairs in original mixed blues and light rose pink fabric, I think it is a cato weave, when viewed from a distance it gives the impression of these being grey. Measures approximately 30“ high at back, 24.5“ wide, depth 30”, 15“ high at seat. These no longer have the tags but are known to be Knoll, they appear to have been lost when the dust cover was replaced . The new dust cover has been poorly applied with staples but this is not apparent when in use. One has a scratch on the back chrome bar exposing the copper base metal (see detail), the chrome has light wear, very light pitting and very light scratching otherwise. They came out of the estate of an architect who had all original Knoll furniture, most of it purchased in the 1950s & 60s. Most of the furniture items in the home were mid century Knoll, all one owner. Check my collection page for more items from this estate. less
