Description: Copied from an early American antique found in the Winterthur Collection. This hand made low boy features a long dovetailed top drawer over three smaller lower dovetailed drawers. The center lower drawer features a hand carved scallop. The sides feature floral carvings, the case rest on carved cabriole legs with acanthus leaves on the knees terminating in hand carved claw and ball feet. The Kindel Winterthur Collection represents the finest furniture made in the United States. Each piece was hand made and hand finished. An extremely expensive piece new, this is your chance to own an outstanding lowboy at a fraction of its original price.
